Every person in this universe has a desire to have a commendable position in the society. Every person wants, not only his personality should be exemplary but his deeds should remember the people for a long time but very few people succeds in achieving this goal. The personality of a person is constituted by various elements, paying attention towards these, a good and an outstanding personality is formed & if we do not pay attention towards these things, we get a hateful personality. In the modern times a common man is not only striving for a respectable position in the society but the persons posted on high positions, politicians etc also try to maintain high status in the society. By the respectable personality, I means, a personality, which will become specimen for others.            The main elements which play a important role in the constitution of a personality are; work,attitude, trial, ambition, morality, character, behavior, straightforwardness, self-confidence, patience etc. By adopting these elements in one’s body positively, such a personality is formed, the others feel jealous. As every one’s desire is to have a good personality, likewise every one desires to develop & progress at every moment of life. A person, who succeeds to maintain the different aspects of personality, surely knows the secrets of development. I mean to say that the aspects through which one achieves a good personality are the steps towards development. The above cited elements have been referred for the constitution of an outstanding personality & development of these elements “Attitude” (i.e behaviour) is the basic element, which not only plays a pivotal role in the constitution of personality but brings reform in him too. Even the making & breaking releations depend on our attitude. In our daily life we have mainly to show our attitude. How does attitude affects our personality, let us study an example about it.The mobile phone of a person rangs while traveling. While okaying the call, if he tells “As it time to call, why did you phoned me? I am busy, I can not talk etc”. Talking rudely does suit his personality. It will have adverse effect on his personality. The other passengers in the vehicle may deem that he is not a person of good personality. If call receiver will say “That I am happy to receive your phone. How are you? At this time I am busy & can not have a detailed talk with you. So when I will be free & I will contact you & on what topic you are going to talk, I will discuss about it in detail. By talking in this positive way not only the caller but other persons would be happy with this attitude & will appreciate his personality also.            By the attitude we mean that we have to express our attitude while talking, observing & dealing with others. So we have to use positive attitude in our daily life because the human beings like the good quality person only.            Hard work,Fortune such as luck play a important role in the constitution & success of a person. Luck, hard work & attitude have their importance but the importance of Attitude is much more than luck & hard work. Because harwork is 98 & the total sum of attitude is 100. So the sum of attitude points that with other things attitude should be given much importance. Vision, thought, woes; in what sense & how we think & what is its impact on our mind, that is called our vision.In the constitution of the personality vision plays important role. Negative thinking is the cause of the man’s failure & positive thinking leads to its success.            For example: A glass was filled with water so much that it seems that it is neither full & nor it is absolutely empty. This glass is viewed with two anles; Positive & Negative . Negative thinking is that the glass is half empty. Positive thinking is that glass is half filled.            In short, the positive thinking not only plays a great role in the framing of a personality but its role is also important for one’s success.Experience : There is no doubt that as human beings experience increased, his power of thinking also enhanced. Taking the benefit from the mistakes of past & by improving the future, negative thinking can be abandoned & a good personality can be framed . The people giving the great importance to experience instead of hard work, their progress may get halt. Every person from the first day upto the last moment is a student. With the passing of the days he learns some thing & gain experience. Every day with the increase of knowledge, the personality also effects. Not only the past experience is important to achieve the IInd step of progressor in other words we have to perform continuosly to keep our future more secure than the past. Mere encouraging is not sufficient, we have to enhance our performance”.The persons who give preference to experience instead of hard work, their development comes to a stand still. For example;Sachin Tendulkar got unlimited clappings & encouragements. But he did not allow the ghost of clapping to control his mind & increased his performance day by day. If he had paid heed towards clapping instead of performance, the name of Sachin Tendulkar would have been some where else. The same Sachin, for whom the people are clapping, abuses him when he does not make a country. It is a fine example that instead of clapping & encouragements, one should pay attention towards performance. If he does not do so, his past will be glorious instead of his present, which continues to become hindrance in his  development. Like wise Asha Bhosle, Lata Mangeshkar,Daleep Kumar,A.R.Rehman, Salman Khan, Tariq Aziz,Imran Khan , Aamir Khan, Abrar ul haq, Shahrukh Khan etc had loved the clapping rather than the performance, they would have not reached this position, which they have acquired today. The above cited artists never gave way to pride & not felt jealous over their fame. The writer feels that their fame is due to these qualities only.            Patiences, Self-confidence, fixing a target to move forward, speaking truth & being optimist are the elements which play a pivotal role in framing personality. A person having ego does not achieve any thing universe. How high post a person acquires, he should not forgot his own position & should remain grateful to those persons who have ever helped him, by dint of which he have achieved such a top position.            To conclude, we are such that the above cited elements play an important role in one’s life. So we should take them in the positive way.
